Bridie's Baubles works to ship your purchase in 2-5 business days. Some lines such as our couture jewelry by MEG & Custom Made Veils take 2-4 weeks before shipping. Bridie works with several vendors to offer you the best selection however, some items are not returnable.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE Bridie will meet the lowest price of our competitors! When shopping if the customer finds an identical product that is offered at a lower price, Bridie will match that price if you contact us prior to purchasing. E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com and include the web address and link to the product stating the competitor's lower pricing strategy and product style# and customer service #. Bridie's team will e-mail you back and confirm if this meets our price matching requirements.

Price matching is based upon the actual price of the specific product. The items must be identical this includes the manufacturer, color and packaging. This does not include knock offs, sales, special offers, bonuses and rebates. Clearances items or out of stock items are not included in this offer.

HOW DOES BRIDIE'S SUPPORT THE GREEN EFFORT? Customers packages will not have a receipt enclosed. All receipts and order confirmations are sent via e-mail and always have Bridie’s Baubles Customer Service Policy attached within your receipt e-mail. May not be much but every little effort helps!

PAYMENT OPTIONS Bridie's Baubles, LLC customers may purchase on-line via credit card. Bridie’s Baubles, LLC does not accept money orders, personal checks or Cahier Checks. Bridie’s Baubles accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

SALES TAX Bridie’s Baubles is based in Pennsylvania. State law requires we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing within the state the company resides. Bridie's Baubles is located in West Chester, PA. All PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless the customer lives in Philadelphia were the sales tax charge is 7%.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS/BACK ORDERS OR OUT OF STOCK Bridie’s Baubles works with our Designers & Wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available and apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock or discontinued.

If a popular item is on back order or out of stock Bridie’s Baubles LLC, will notify the customer via e-mail ASAP. When contacted by Bridie’s the customer will have the option to cancel that specific item within 1 day of the e-mail notification or choose another item.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES All orders are sent UPS or USPS. Presently, Bridie's charges a flat USPS Priority Ground Rate of $6 and UPS Ground Rate of $9. Orders over $100 receive FREE USPS PRIORITY GROUND SHIPPING. Free Shipping is shipped USPS and guaranteed only at the time of purchase and cannot be adjusted for previous orders. Free Shipping excludes orders ALL International & Canadian Orders as well as Alaska, HI, Guam, PR, Canal Zone, AM Somona, Marina and Virgin Islands. Express Shipping Rates are accurate and real time rates as stated by UPS or USPS.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS/CANCELATION OF ORDER/PLACING AN INCORRECT ORDER Please verify your address when you place an order. If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address please contact Bridie’s immediately via E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com or call 1-888-XCESORZ (923-7679). Once the order is processed and shipped the cost of the customer’s purchase, shipping and handling will be the customer’s responsibility.

If an order is sent to the address entered and it is not a proper address any additional charges incurred in the shipping due to the address change will be the customer's responsibility.

REFUSED PACKAGES If the customer does not accept or refuses their order upon delivery the customer will be charged a 75% restocking fee based upon the purchase price. As well as any additional costs incurred for refusing the delivery.

INTERNATIONAL - CANADIAN ORDERS Sorry, Bridie's are no longer shipping to Canada or International Countries.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES Bridie’s accepts returns within 14 days of delivery of the customer’s purchase on MOST NON CUSTOM MADE PURCHASES. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns with a minimum $5.00 charged.

  • Clearance items are final sales and items can NOT be exchanged or returned
  • Orders that received free shipping will receive the refund minus the actual shipping & handling costs.
  • Styles that are not accepted for exchange or return include: Cathy's Concepts, Veils, Gloves, Earrings, MEG Jewelry & Custom Made pieces.
  • Custom Made Orders are final sales. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once placed.
  • WHAT IS A CUSTOM MADE ITEM A style where the customer chooses a color, stone, edging, finish, embellishment, adornment, length, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, printed invitations/magnets and candles.
  • Return orders that are NOT APPROVED will be charged a 75% restocking fee based upon the cost of your original purchase.
  • Exchanges are accepted on retunable items. The customer is responsible for shipping the return as well as shipping & handling of the new product to complete the exchange.

    DAMAGED/RECEIVED WRONG ITEM Customer has 24 hours upon receipt of all custom or non-custom made items to contact Bridie’s. Bridie's will work to get the customer’s item or items replaced. After 24 hours Bridie's will NOT accept claims.

    HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN

  • E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com Once customer’s return is approved the customer will be sent an address & RTA# to be printed on the outside of your return package. All items must be in their original boxes, packaging and unused to complete the return and receive credit for your order.
  • Customer has 10 business days to complete a return once approved.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
  • Orders over $100 that received free shipping will receive the refund minus the actual shipping costs.
  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Bridie's suggest you insure your package for your safety.
