We appreciate your business and want to assure each of our customers is satisfied with their purchase. We work to ship your purchase in 2-5 business days. Bridie works with several vendors to offer you the best selection but many items are not returnable. Those include special orders with custom pearl colors, engraved jewelry, sale and clearance items, custom Austrian Crystal jewelry, and any items with a specific finish or custom length. Our goal is to help you find the perfect accessory and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Cathy's Concepts is collaboration with Bridie's Baubles. The orders placed with Cathy's Concepts do not integrate with the items on our home store. If you would like to purchase items from each store you will need to complete two separate check out processes. Bridie's Baubles processes and handles each order.

Price matching is based upon the actual price of the specific product. The items must be identical this includes the manufacturer, color and packaging. Bridie's Baubles, LLC products are shipped directly from our wholesalers. Our company works with the wholesalers to represent accurate pricing. At times our pricing will change to reflect wholesaler cost adjustments and this may affect orders that have already been placed by our customers.

SALES TAX: Bridie’s Baubles is based in Pennsylvania. State law requires we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing within the state the company resides. Bridie's Baubles is located in West Chester, PA. All PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless you live in Philadelphia were the sales tax charge is 7%.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS/CANCELATION OF ORDER/PLACING AN INCORRECT ORDER: Please verify your address when you place an order. If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address please contact Bridie immediately at 1-888-XCESORZ (923-7679). Bridie’s Baubles drop ships most orders once the order is processed and shipped the cost of your purchase, shipping and handling will be the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Our customers may purchase online via credit card. Bridie’s Baubles, LLC does not accept money orders, personal checks or Cahier Checks. Bridie’s Baubles accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

SHIPPING: All orders are sent UPS or the USPS. Our Shipping Rates are accurate and real time rates as stated by UPS or USPS. Orders that receive free shipping for purchases over $100.00 that are approved for a return will be charged a $10 shipping and handling fee per each item shipped under that purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED? Orders are received and processes M-F, orders placed after 2PM on Fri, or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Most orders shipped within 2-5 days with custom orders sometimes taking 3-7 days to process. UPS Ground takes 2 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your geographical location. Bridie’s Baubles sells and ships to all 50 States. We are sorry we no longer ship internationally or to Canada.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS/BACK ORDERS OR OUT OF STOCK: Bridie’s Baubles, LLC works with our drop shippers to only advertise products that are readily available and apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock or discontinued. All other items in your order will be shipped. There may be a delay in fulfilling your backorder however; as soon as the order arrives it will be sent to the customer.

If a popular item is on back order or out of stock Bridie’s Baubles LLC, will notify the customer via e-mail as soon as possible. When contacted by Bridie the customer will have the option to cancel that specific item within 2 days of the e-mail notification or choose another item. If the specific item purchased is on backorder and is not cancelled within 48 hours of the notification, the customer will be expected to honor their purchase and follow Bridie’s Baubles Return Policy.

DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASE: If you do not receive your purchased items within 10 days of the purchase date please contact Bridie at Bridie@BridiesBaubles.com or call 888-XCESORZ (923-7679). If Bridie is not contacted within 10 days of the purchase date, the customer will be responsible for the purchased merchandise and the cost of their purchase plus shipping and handling.

REFUSED PACKAGES: If you do not accept or refuse your order upon mailing you will be charged a $25.00 fee plus, delivery and return shipping costs. The charge will be made to your account in the same format that you completed your purchase.

RETURNS POLICY: Bridie’s Baubles, LLC works to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product was damaged or your received the wrong order please notify bridie@bridiesbaubles.com within 48 hours, via email or call 888-XCESORZ (923-7679) upon receipt of purchase with any concerns to start the Return process.

RETURN PROCESS: Custom Orders that are final and cannot be cancelled or returned for any reason. These are orders thru Cathy's Concepts, Custom Order Jewelry, Custom Made Veils, Invitations, Candles and Earrings. Any purchase with a specific finish, specific pearl color, personalized, engraved or any adornment that offers options is considered a custom order.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Return orders that are not approved and returned within 10 Business days of the confirmed delivery by UPS and USPS are not returnable. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee. This fee is based upon the total cost of the returned item. All returns made without contacting Bridie's Baubles first will be refused and sent back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the cost of their purchase and shipping expenses.

Clearance items are final sales and items cannot be returned.

The original package must be postmarked, returned and the returned received by Bridie’s Baubles within 10 days after receiving your purchase. The merchandise must be returned in it’s original packaging, undamaged and unused. If the return is not received within the 10 day window it will not be accepted. The shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

When you call for the return our Customer Service team will give you the return address information.

Your return will be an adjusted Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase minus the shipping charges.
