Bridie's Baubles ships most purchases within 2-5 business days. Some lines such as our couture jewelry by MEG & Custom Made Veils take 2-4 weeks prior to shipping. Bridie works with several vendors to offer you the best selection however, some items are not returnable.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
  • Bridie's will meet the lowest price of our competitors! When shopping if the customer finds an identical product that is offered at a lower price, Bridie will match that price if you contact us prior to purchasing. E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com and include the web address and link to the product stating the competitor's lower pricing strategy and product style# and customer service #. Bridie's team will e-mail you back and confirm if this meets our price matching requirements.
  • If looking for a price match on a MEG JEWELRY item list the store and price offered. Price matching is based upon the actual price of the specific product. The items must be identical this includes the manufacturer, shipping costs, color and packaging. This does not include knock offs, sales, special offers, bonuses and rebates. Clearances items or out of stock items are not included in this offer.

  • SALES TAX Bridie’s Baubles is based in Pennsylvania. State law requires we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing within the state the company resides. Bridie's Baubles is located in West Chester, PA. All PA residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless the customer lives in Philadelphia were the sales tax charge is 7%.
  • PAYMENT OPTIONS Bridie's Baubles, LLC uses Pay Pal. You will leave our shopping cart to complete your order than return back to receive your order confirmation. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to purchae. Bridie’s Baubles, LLC does not accept money orders, personal checks or Cahier Checks. Bridie’s Baubles accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
  • DISCONTINUED ITEMS/BACK ORDERS OR OUT OF STOCK Bridie’s Baubles works with our Designers & Wholesalers to only advertise products that are readily available and apologize if a product is back ordered, out of stock or discontinued. If a popular item is on back order or out of stock Bridie’s Baubles LLC, will notify the customer via e-mail ASAP.

    SHIPPING GUIDELINES
  • All orders are sent UPS or USPS. Presently, Bridie's is offering free shipping on all orders over $75.00 via USPS Priority.
  • Orders returned that received free shipping will receive the refund minus the actual shipping & handling costs.
  • ADDRESS CORRECTIONS/CANCELATION OF ORDER/PLACING AN INCORRECT ORDER: Please verify your address when you place an order. If you notice that you have entered an incorrect address please contact Bridie’s immediately via E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com or call 610-724-5714. Once the order is processed and shipped the cost of the customer’s purchase, shipping and handling will be the customer’s responsibility. If an order is sent to the address entered and it is not a proper address any additional charges incurred in the shipping due to the address change will be the customer's responsibility.
  • REFUSED PACKAGES: If the customer does not accept or refuses their order upon delivery the customer will be charged a 75% restocking fee based upon the purchase price. As well as any additional costs incurred for refusing the delivery.
  • DELIVERY Once the shippers tracking system notes a package has been delivered it is considered in ownership of the customer. If issues occur with delivery please notify Bridie's Baubles within 24 hours and a claim will be placed with the shipper. If a claim is rewarded the customer will be credited the full amount granted by the shipper. If a customer does not elect to insure an order in full a percentage of the purchase may be granted by the shipper but there is no guarantee a sum will be rewarded by the shipper. If you would like to insure your package please contact: Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com. Please note insuring your package will increase the amount of your shipping charges.

    RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
  • Bridie’s accepts returns within 5 days of delivery of the customer’s purchase on MOST NON CUSTOM MADE PURCHASES . There is a 25% service fee on all returns with a minimum $5.00 charged.
  • Return orders that are NOT APPROVED will be charged a 75% restocking fee based upon the cost of your original purchase.
  • Clearance Items are final sales and items cannot be exchanged or returned. Items marked as Not Returnable or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Styles that are not accepted for exchange or return and are considered Final Sale include: Veils, Headpieces, Tiaras, Gloves, Earrings, MEG Jewelry, MARINELLA jewelry, Custom Made pieces & any item marked specifically as not returnable. Items will not be accepted for return beyond your event date.
  • Custom Made Orders are final sales. Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once placed. WHAT IS A CUSTOM MADE ITEM A style where the customer chooses a color, stone, edging, finish, embellishment, adornment, length, personalized, engraved, monogrammed, printed invitations/magnets and candles.
  • Items purchased can not be returned or exchanged beyond your event date.
  • Exchanges are accepted on items that are not listed on the non-returns list. Customer has 10 days from the delivery date of their order to complete an Exchange. Items may only be exchanged one time. To complete an exchange the new item must be the exact amount or more of the original item purchased. The customer is responsible for shipping the return as well as shipping & handling of the new product to complete the exchange.
  • DAMAGED/RECEIVED WRONG ITEM Customer has 24 hours upon receipt of all custom or non-custom made items to contact Bridie’s. Bridie's will work to get the customer’s item or items replaced. After 24 hours Bridie's will NOT accept claims. All International orders are final once shipped any damages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

    HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN/EXCHANGE OR DAMAGE CLAIM
  • E-mail Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com Return orders that are NOT APPROVED will be charged a 75% restocking fee based upon the cost of your original purchase.
  • Once customer’s return is approved the customer will be sent an address & RA# to be printed on the outside of your return package. All items must be in their original boxes, packaging and unused to complete the return and receive credit for your order.
  • Customers has 10 days for a return to be received by Bridie’s Baubles once approved.
  • Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Orders that received free shipping will receive the refund minus the actual shipping costs. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Bridie's suggest you insure your package for your safety.
  • If an Item is sent back as damaged and found to be in perfect condition. the item will be processed as a return and all return fees will apply.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once shipped the order becomes the shipping carrier’s responsibility. If issues occur with delivery please notify Bridie's Baubles within 24 hours and a claim will be placed with the shipping carrier. If a claim is rewarded the customer will be credited the full amount granted by the shipping carrier. If a customer does not elect to insure an order in full the shipping carrier may grant a percentage of the purchase but there is no guarantee a sum will be rewarded by the shipping carrier once a claim is submitted. If you would like to insure your package please contact: Bridie@bridiesbaubles.com prior to ordering. Please note insuring your package will increase the amount of your shipping charges. Any issues with Customs or Fees associated with International orders are the responsibility of client (purchaser of the order).     HOW DOES BRIDIE'S SUPPORT THE GREEN EFFORT? Customers packages will not have a receipt enclosed. All receipts and order confirmations are sent via e-mail and always have Bridie’s Baubles Customer Service Policy attached within your receipt e-mail. May not be much but every little effort helps!
